Chatham 44 is a 58-unit luxury condominium building located at the corner of 10th Avenue and 44th Street in New York City. It is in the middle of the Hell Kitchen renaissance. The design of the building fuses features and comforts of a high-end hotel within a residential setting. The building's exterior wall system, a combination of window wall and punched openings within a metal panel, sets the building apart from its neighbors while providing appropriate articulation reminiscent of the surrounding buildings. The upper floor apartments have spectacular views of Midtown Manhattan. Amenities include refrigerated storage, a stunning double-height lobby, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, and landscaped roof decks.
