This condominium fronts both Schemmerhorn and Livingston Streets as two connected towers: a 5-story, low-rise building on the south side, facing Schermerhorn Street, and a 25-story tower on the north side, along Livingston Street, on what had been vacant lots. The lower building has 28 two-bedroom apartments, while the tower is mostly one- and two-bedroom units. Some of the apartments have balconies, while others have access to private roof cabanas. The tower cantilevers out at the 8th floor, giving the building its distinctive profile; it is clean-lined and modern, with two-toned aluminum panels and generous windows.

The ground floor consists of approximately 15,000 square feet of retail space. Below grade there is ample parking for residents on two levels, including a 13 foot high lower level that was designed for stacked parking. Like everything else in the immediate area, this building is proximate to several subway stops, the schools and offices on Court Street and in downtown Brooklyn, the courts, the Fulton Mall and the shops and promenade of Brooklyn Heights.
