Copper Hill is a mixed-use, 40-unit luxury condominium project located at the corner of 101st Street and Lexington Avenue. Residential units and amenity spaces are designed jointly with Andi Pepper Interior Design, and include an 800 sq.ft. fitness center, common patios at the 3rd floor and rooftop, and a common laundry room. All apartments have hardwood floors, floor to ceiling windows at all living rooms, and top of the line appliances. The first floor consists of 5,600 sq. ft. of corner retail space, the residential entrance, and a separate community facility/office entrance. The second floor is fully occupied by 6,800 sq.ft of community facility/office space. The exterior of the building was designed using a striking copper colored aluminum panel system with window wall and punched openings. The facades are a modern reinterpretation of the existing brick and punched opening neighbors.
