This 45 story, 375,000 sf luxury rental apartment building contains 287 apartments, and was developed utilizing air-rights from adjacent properties and financed with Liberty Bonds. The building contains a large landscaped public plaza with fountain, seating areas and kiosk, three levels of below grade parking, a fitness center with saunas, a 50 ft. swimming pool with sun terrace and children's playroom and ground floor retail space. The apartments have 9'-0" high ceilings and bay and/or corner windows.
