2 North 6th is the final phase to the large mixed use Edge development located in the heart of the Williamsburg waterfront area. The building is the tallest among the group at 40 stories, situated between 2 North 6th and 7th streets, the East river state park, and the waterfront esplanade with ferry and water taxi stop piers.

The project continues with the aesthetics of the first phase Edge buildings with light colored cast stone, glass facades, and blue glass balconies. The building also continues with the premise of providing a wide variety of layouts and maximizing views, containing 554 market rate rental units in studio, 1, 2, 3 and duplex apartments, some with private terraces or balconies.

As the majority of the amenities are located at the top of the podium level of the building, residents can enjoy amazing views to Manhattan and the surrounding waterfront areas. As the main feature of this level, the pool enclosure was designed with large sliding glass doors to be opened during the summer to extend the poolside use to the outdoor terrace.

The amenities package also includes valet parking, bike storage, business facilities, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a lounge with demonstration kitchen, a party room, a children’s playroom, outdoor seating and BBQ’s. Additional outdoor spaces include a tranquil inner courtyard with reflecting pool, landscaping, and sculptures, and a green roof at the top of the tower.
