Sutton Tower is a 67-story residential skyscraper located at 430 East 58th Street in the Sutton Place section of Midtown East. As the Executive Architect, SBJ Group collaborated with designer Thomas Juul-Hansen LLC. The project is developed by Gamma Real Estate and JVP Management. It was completed in 2023 and has 121 condominium residences ranging in size from one to four bedrooms.

The exterior is clad in Jura limestone and features a dramatic metallic golden crown. The building cantilevers over its east and west neighbors as it reaches its top height of 847 feet. The lobby is designed with leather wrapped panel, a custom-carved marble reception desk, and custom chandelier. The residences feature open floor plans, extra- wide European white oak flooring, kitchens with Italian-crafted cabinetry and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and primary baths with heated herringbone-patterned floors and Waterworks fittings.

Sutton Tower offers a four full floors of amenities, including an attended lobby and ground- level courtyard with reflecting pool, an indoor pool, a spa suite, a fitness center, Pilates room, boxing studio, sports simulator room, private dining room, a children’s playroom, and an entertainment lounge with outdoor terrace.
