Rising above neighboring Lincoln Center and Fordham University Campus, 160 West 62nd Street is a new luxury rental building with 54-stories and 339 apartments. The 598 feet tall tower is designed with floor to ceiling windows and limestone and brick piers that ascends along the entire length of the façade. The tower shape was conceived with multiple corners, where large corner windows bring impress views and light to the apartments.
Taking advantage of the 360° views, the top two floors house a 4,000 sf duplex penthouse with double height living room, fireplace, curved glass-rail stair, and wrap around terrace with views of the Hudson, Central Park, and Upper and Lower Manhattan.
Spread over two floors are amenities offering a lap pool and spa pool, fitness room, kid’s room, and lounge with access to outdoor gardens.
The project is anticipated to be LEED certified.
