The Solari is a 465-foot tall, 41-story, mixed-use building containing 233 apartments of various sizes. The building fills 100% of its dense mid-block infill site in midtown Manhattan, and offers spectacular views in all directions. Because of its mid-block location, the podium of the building is clad with limestone that reinforces the context of the existing street with its neighboring masonry-fronted buildings. The tower is clad in glass to maximize the enjoyment of the spectacular views.

Each dwelling unit has been carefully designed to enhance the lifestyle of the occupants. Most apartments have ceilings that are at least 10 feet tall, and are provided the highest level of finishes, casework and appliances.
